Workshop Information: 

 

Speaker Information: Brett Burkey is the Director of Education at the Florida Council on Economic Education. He has 36 years of experience as a high school economics teacher in Palm Beach County. He served as the Assistant Director of the Florida Atlantic University Center for Economic Education for 15 years. He is the author of a multitude of nationally published lessons and curriculum resources and he holds graduate degrees from FAU and the University of Delaware.

This workshop is designed with US history and civics teachers (high & middle school) in mind but all are welcome to participate.
